The next open meeting of the York Bus Forum will be at 5.30 pm on Tuesday, 17 September (at York Council’s West Offices).  The principle issue for discussion will be the City of York’s Local Transport Plan, work on which is just beginning*.  Tony May (Chair of the York Civic Trust’s Transport Advisory Group and Emeritus Professor, Institute of Transport Studies, University of Leeds) has agreed to introduce the topic after which there will be a wide ranging discussion.  Time will also be given to a report on YBF’s suggested changes to plans for the front of York Railway Station (made following discussions at our August meeting) Suggested Changes to York Station Front Development 13 Sep 2019 and to any responses made by York City Council.

Please encourage anyone you know with an interest in public transport in York to attend.
